Situated in its own gardens, seven kilometres from the airport and just ten kilometres from the city's convention centre.All the rooms are in excellent condition as are the bathrooms. They vary in colours but are all modern with a mix of either light or dark wood furnishings and white tiled flooring. Each room also has a sculpture typical to the Bahian area.The hotel has two restaurants. The first is situated on the ground floor and serves international cuisine. It has tiled flooring and marble topped tables. In the middle of the circular buffet table is an original water well from the eighteenth century from a Bahian farm. The second restaurant is an open air pool side restaurant. It specializes in Bahian cuisine and has a more relaxed atmosphere. To its side is an artificial lake full of fish and ducks.A rectangular, white, modern purpose built construction.The lobby is very large with dark green stone tiling. It is modern throughout and in very good condition. It has sand coloured walls and plenty of local greenery. To the left of the entrance is the reception area which is also modern.This is without doubt one of the best hotels in Salvador. © GTA 2009
