The fully air-conditioned hotel offers impressive views of the Vitosha Mountain, which can be seen from the panoramic restaurant and the conference room. Built in 2006, the hotel comprises a total of 58 rooms spread over 5 floors. Facilities include: lobby with 24-hour reception, currency exchange, cloakroom, lift access, caf¿, kiosk, hairdressing salon, bar, casino, restaurant, laundry and room services, as well as a car park and a garage. The conference room provides guests with all the latest modern technology needed for a successful meeting, including audio and visual aids, equipment for simultaneous translation and options for computer setups. The room allows flexibility of conference styles, which can be arranged as a theatre with 120 seats, in a u-shape with 30 seats, as a classroom with 40 seats or in a cocktail layout with between 100-140 seats. All rooms in the hotel have magnetic card door lock system. They come equipped with an en suite bathroom which comes with a bathtub, a telephone, a panic button, amenities (slippers, bathrobe) and a hairdryer.
