This hotel is located on Elephantine Island and is reached by a private boat service. The hotel is totally private with pleasant gardens.The bedrooms have been renovated. The standard is good and all rooms have large balconies. The marble bathrooms are maintained to a good standard.There is a poolside snack bar which serves a variety of food. The main dining room is very large and very tastefully decorated in pale green. Once again the standard of the food is reasonable and all international and local cuisine is available.The actual building has a very tall tower which can been seen from some distance. It is a modern structure in white stone and is extremely well maintained.The lobby is very large with ample seating. The furnishing is extremely dated with smoked glass windows and wall lights.This hotel offers good service. © GTA 2009
