The air-conditioned complex was renovated in 2005 and comprises 131 apartments of which 6 are ambassador suites and 3 are executive suites. Facilities include a 24-hour reception desk, a currency exchange desk, a caf¿, a newspaper stand, a selection of shops, a nightclub, a restaurant, a games room and a playground. It is possible to gain access to the Internet and there are room and laundry service to take advantage of, as well as a car park.
