Set in peaceful, green gardens, this residence was originally built in 1850 by Napoleon III for his physician, and is perfectly at home in the heart of the very Parisian Ternes district with its market and host of small shops. Renovated in 2008, this charming hotel comprises a total of 39 air-conditioned rooms and is the 1st hotel in Paris and only the 2nd in France to receive the European certification ECOLABEL. The commitment of the hotel in minimizing the environmental impact of its activities includes energy and water saving, use of ecological detergents, sorting and waste recycling. Hotel facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a currency exchange facility and lift access. There is a bar and a breakfast room and guests can also enjoy their breakfast in the flower garden in fine weather.
