Completely new renovated in 2001, with all kind of comfort.All room have special furniture and are equipped with: private bathrooms, shower cubicle, hairdryer, balcony, telephon, sat tv, minibar, safe, air conditioning (from 22/05/10 to 11/09/10).Frigobar on request.The CLASSIC room have side sea view.The RESIDENZA room are located on the dependance, just 50 mt away from the main building.The restaurant of Hotel Patrizia & Residenza **** is situated in front of the sea. Most famous chefs have worked here. Everyone can taste dishes which belongs to the regional, national and international kitchen.The hotel is made up of 2 buildings: All the services/facilities of the hotel plus some rooms are found in the main building (the Hotel Patrizia) while in the depandance (Residenza) there are only rooms. The depandance of the hotel is located directly in front of it on the other side of the street.The hotel was last refurbished in 1994. All inclusive HB/FB with unlimited drinks with meals (water, local wine, beer & soft drinks) plus 1 sun umbrella at the beach per room and 1 sun bed per person.
