The Blanc et Noir Park Hotel Residence is a modern, highly functional hotel complex, set against a delightful, peaceful hillside with a garden measuring approximately 10,000m². Located on via Portuense in the southwest of Rome, the Blanc et Noir Park Hotel & Residence boasts a direct, fast link to the EUR-Trade fair district and Fiumicino airport while the city¿s historic centre (St Peter¿s) is within easy reach, just 15 to 20 minutes away. The hotel complex comprises a main building and eight smaller annexes. It boasts a wonderful outdoor swimming pool and large car park for coaches and cars, all connected by green walkways filled with flowers set inside a large park. It is definitely the ideal location for a stay in Rome.The main building houses 90 elegantly furnished rooms located on three floors. All the rooms feature balconies, bathrooms with baths and showers, mini bars, telephones, TVs, hairdryers and air conditioning. Work on constructing a new building housing 80 suites comprising a double bedroom and lounge plus a meeting room that can hold up to 500 people is nearing completion.The central building houses a roomy hall area, cosy bar and stylish, efficient restaurant offering a delicious, sophisticated cuisine including a selection of typical Italian dishes. The hotel serves a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of foods.The complex boasts two fully-equipped meeting rooms which can be used for congress tourism.
