The hotel is located in the historic city centre of Venice in a quiet street in the Cannaregio district. It is only a short way from Santa Lucia Railway Station in Venice Island and from Piazzale Roma (parking and bus terminals). The area is quite lively with many shops, cafe'/bars and restaurants. A short walk away, along the so called Strada Nova, there is also a beautiful and colourful local food market.The furnishing of the rooms is simple and clean, some rooms only have air conditioning and all have got en suite bathrooms. At this hotel there are also rooms with shared facilities at lower budget.No restaurant. Breakfast is served in a comfortable Breakfast-room on the ground floor. Plain high rised building, red in colour.Small but welcoming with wooden desk and plants.Good accomodation for those wishing to stay in Venice on a low budget holiday. © GTA 2009
