The Ryokan is located in the city centre of Kyoto, just across the street from Nishi-Honganji temple. It is 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bus from Kyoto station. All major tourist attractions of Kyoto are easily accessible by foot or by public transportation. The nearest bus station is approximately 2 minutes walking distance.The rooms are Japanese style rooms only with private bath and no beds. By day, the rooms are furnished with a low table and zabuton floor cushions on Japanese straw tatami mats. By night, the room is transformed with Japanese futons into a sleeping area.Ryokan offers traditional Japanese cuisine, for example Kaiseki, shabu shabu nabe, sukiyaki and others. Dinner to be needed reservation in advance. Japanese Breakfast is served at hall.Ryokan is a modern low-rise block building, and the main entrance has a Japanese design touch.The lobby is small in size but there is some sitting space.This Ryokan offers special treatment with Japanese hospitality. © GTA 2009
