On entering the reception area, guests are greeted by a high-resolution screen that fragments surveillance footage of them into 2,400 small images, which are reassembled into a single distorted image. Other artworks are installed throughout the hotel. Instead of a room key, guests are given an iPhone that guides them to their unnumbered room via IT recognition technology.
