Operated by the largest budget hotel chain in Singapore, this air-conditioned 5-storey hotel provides a comfortable stay in a building which used to hold shop houses. Facilities are limited but guests are provided with a 24-h reception, a laundry service, safes at the front desk, 24-h security surveillance of all public areas and car parking facilities. All rooms come with individually adjustable air conditioning, a small shower room with a heater, a TV, a direct dial telephone, coffee/tea making facilities and a hairdryer. An iron and ironing board are available on request. Some rooms do not have a window. The rooms are small - there is no wardrobe and the TV is mounted on the wall - but comfortable, and feature either one queen-size bed or two single beds (no extra bed allowed). Disability friendly and non-smoking rooms are available to be booked.

Some 5 minutes\ walk away is the Geylang Serai Malay Village which features daily cultural shows and authentic Malay cuisine. East Coast Park, with its F&B and entertainment outlets dotting the scenic seaside location, is around a 15-minute drive away. The nearest subway is Paya Lebar MRT station which is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel.
