This is prime establisment comprising of a total of 74 guest rooms which are quite small, but simple and clean. Facilities are limited, but guests are provided with a 24-h reception, a laundry service (charges apply), safes at the front desk and 24-h security surveillance of all public areas. All rooms come with individual air conditioning, a small shower room with a heater, a TV, a direct dial telephone, coffee/tea making facilities and a hairdryer. An iron and ironing board are available on request. Some rooms do not have a window. The rooms are small - there is no wardrobe and the TV is mounted on the wall - but comfortable, and feature either one queen-size bed or two single beds (no extra bed allowed). Disability friendly and non-smoking rooms are available to be booked.

This hotel is situated at the fringe of the city area. The Tiong Bahru area is an old residential area with quaint shophouses and boutique cafes. Recently developed into a hotel zone, the area has the convenience of having Tiong Bahru Plaza hearby and plenty of good eating places. Tiong Bahru market, which is a 5 minute walk away, is a haunt of local foodies and one will find good and cheap local chow.
