Matagorda shopping center is just 50m away and walking 3km along the sea promenade you will get to Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote\s main tourist resort, with its shops, restaurants and night life. Main tourist attractions like the volcanic Natural Park of Timanfaya, La Geria and Los Jameos del Agua are a few km away and quite easy to get there.
