Located in a 19th-century building, these attractive apartments offer free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. They are situated in Madrid¿s historic La Latina area, within 500 metres of the Cathedral and Royal Palace. Each modern apartment at the Palacio Real is decorated in bright colours. The simple kitchens come with tea and coffee facilities, and there is a DVD player and iron. The Apartamentos Palacio Real are a short walk from El Rastro shopping area, where there is a weekly market. The La Latina district is well known for its tapas bars and restaurants. The apartments are just 5 minutes¿ walk from La Latina Metro Station, offering easy access to the Art Triangle and other attractions. American Express is not accepted as a method of payment. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Arrivals after 22:00 are subject to a surcharge of EUR 30. All check-in takes place after 15:00. For guests arriving before this time, it may be possible to drop off luggage and return later. If guests are delayed by more than 30 minutes, guests should inform the staff on the telephone number that appears on the booking confirmation. A member of staff will accompany guests to the apartment and provide them with sets of keys. All guests must check out by 12:00 at the latest. Keys are to be left on the table, lights turned off and the door closed. Towels are changed for stays of 3 nights or more. Bed and linen is changed during stays of more than 7 nights. An additional cleaning service can be provided upon request (surcharge).
