Constructed in 1970, this sturdily built complex comprises a total of 40 apartments spread between 2 buildings on the same street. Facilities available on the complex include a foyer with lifts. There is garage parking available on the premises. A rental television is also available. The main building offers apartments for 2-4 people, which consist of a double room. The additional building, Azahar, offers apartments for 4-6 people. The apartaments consist of a fully fitted, tiled bathroom, a kitchen, an oven, fridge and an extractor hood. There is also a living/ dining room with a pull-out sofa bed and a furnished terrace. Full cleaning is carried out before arrival and on departure. All of the rooms are equipped with single beds. Guests of all ages may make use of the swimming pool.
