(i) the finalities befitting the activity linked to a wholesaler and retailer travel agency; (ii) their supply to those involved in the services required by user; (iii) management, administration, rendering, enlargement and improvement of services the user decides to subscribe, register, or use the fitting of said services to users' preferences and tastes; (iv) check credit cards and other types of payment cards; (v) study of usage of services on the part of users; (vi) check, maintain and develop statistical systems and analysis; (vii) advertising, promotion or commercial survey activities related to tourism, insurance or telecommunication products or services; (viii) send poll forms the user is not obliged to answer and (ix) receive automatic calls (without human intervention) or SMS messages with direct sale, advertising purposes or related to the contracted service or any of its means, including Premium type SMS .

Users expressly authorizes Rumbo to treat and use their personal information concerning subjects (vi), (vii), (viii) and (ix) above even after the contract between Rumbo and the user has finished, or the service rendered.

Users must take into account that if they make a flight booking with origin, destination or stopover in a USA airport, information contained in their reservation could be looked up by USA customs authorities.

Users allow RUMBO to process their Personal Data and to look up third party files in order to determine their profile and to offer them suitable products and services, of its own or from third parties, in financial, insurance, telecommunications, energy, water and gas, computer, training, tourism and travel, art, leisure and culture, real-state, automotive, food, home maintenance, gifts or consumption sectors.

Besides, users expressly consent the possibility of Personal Data to be disclosed to (i) National and International Authorities with full powers regarding tourism, terrorism or crimes against human rights; (ii) to any legal entity affiliate to or jointly owned by RUMBO or to any company responsible for the contracted services (hotels, transportation companies by sea, air, train or road, rent-a-car,...) so that they use them in order to correctly render each service requested by the user and for the compliance of finalities established in the present Data Protection Policy.

On the other hand, users agree on the possibility of giving access to the information relating the service contracted with Rumbo so extra additional services can be offered to the users. These services include but are not limited to the reimbursement of airport taxes in the case of not used flight tickets.
