What is it about?

- This service allows you to make a booking online and to decide afterwards if you wish to confirm it or not.

- If before the booking expiry date (that will be provided to you during the purchase process) you do not confirm your purchase, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

- This service is free in case of confirmation; if the booking is not confirmed, the cost of the service –of which you will be informed during the booking process- will be charged in the provided bank card.

The pre-booking service is only available in some itineraries of some airlines; if during the purchase process this option is not shown to you, it's because the selected flight does not admit this service.

How to make a Pre-Booking?

1.: Select your booking details.

2.: Choose “Pre-Booking” as Way of Payment and click “Buy OK”.

3.: Then you will see the follow data:

- Booking code.

- Associated e-mail.

- Deadline to confirm the booking.

- Cost of the service in case of no confirmation. Remember this service is free if the booking is confirmed within the provided term.

In some minutes you will receive an e-mail confirming you these data, as well as your Pre-Booking details.

4.:If you wish to confirm the purchase please go to www.rumbo.com/confirmacion/ and enter your booking code and e-mail address. Once you have verified that all data are right, click the “Book” button. At this moment you will have made your booking firmly. Remember the confirmation must be made within the provided term. In this case, the service is free and only the amount corresponding to the purchase will be charged to your bank card.

5.: If you do not wish to confirm the purchase, our system will automatically cancel your Pre-Booking at the moment the deadline expires. In this case, the cost of the service will be charged in the provided card.
